I love sharing experiences and being a sparring partner for people who want to develop companies internationally to create sustainable business.

As a mentor, I will listen to your situation, experiences and ideas, and provide constructive feedback as well as challenge you to look at things from other perspectives. Also, I like to help people develop a growth mindset, and will help you define goals and milestones to create positive change.

Of course, my feedback will be based on my own experience and competencies. However, I am lucky to have an extensive network of clever and helpful people, and will of course put you in contact with those that may know more about a topic than myself.

Workshops

Workshops for international growth  for early-stage companies

To succeed internationally, it’s crucial to plan for growth beyond Norway’s borders early on —especially as a small, young company where the limited Norwegian market may not draw the interest of investors. With my experience in international business expansion, I offer a workshop program designed for early-stage companies looking to launch their international strategy.

This program, tailored for up to four companies, helps establish a clear strategy to share with potential investors, partners, employees, and others. Together, we’ll also develop a straightforward investor pitch and discuss how to identify the most suitable investors at the right time.

The program includes three phases that build on one another: first, we establish an overview and set the strategic direction; next, we work on developing a detailed strategy and roadmap; and finally, we identify target investors and refine the pitch. I will provide all the methodology and tools needed throughout these workshops.

Talks

Engaging talks on international growth, diversity, and strategic leadership

I am available for talks at events and with internal teams, covering key topics such as international growth, diversity and inclusion, strategic boards, and building company culture. Learn from real-world wins and challenges in expanding globally, discover how diverse hiring drives success, explore the shift from control to growth in board strategy, and gain insights on creating a strong, people-centered company culture.
