Helle is a highly accomplished business professional with extensive experience in leadership, innovation, and international business development.
She holds a master's degree in Marine Technology from NTNU and further education in economics and technology management from NTNU and Singapore. Over the years, she has held numerous significant roles, including Investment Director at Investinor, leader of Innovation Norway’s office in Brazil and director of design consultancy EGGS Design.
Helle has also been instrumental in startups and has served as an entrepreneur herself. She co-founded and led the technology startup Minhoca and has been a strong advocate for fostering innovation-driven growth, both in Norway and internationally. Currently, she is the Chairwoman of the Board for several technology companies, where she continues to guide businesses in strategic growth and innovation.
Her work reflects a passion for diversity and inclusion, especially in the health and ocean technology areas, and she is known for bringing visionary thinking combined with operational experience to her roles in various companies.
